FAQ – Checkout Help & Store Policies

How to Place an Order

Place the products you wish to buy into your cart.
Proceed through PayPal or the standard checkout page.
Enter your email, full name, and shipping address.
Apply your promo code in the Discount field if available.
Check your delivery address → enter payment details → select Complete Order.
A confirmation notice will appear after purchase and will also be delivered by email. Support: service@corivvia.com

Incorrect or Missing Items
Contact customer support with the following:

Your order number
A clear image under 1MB showing the issue
After the issue is reviewed, the correct product will be sent free of charge. Email: service@corivvia.com

Confirming Your Order
Your confirmation email includes your order number and purchase information. If you cannot locate it, please check spam or junk folders.

Modifying an Order
Order modifications must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is submitted. After that, the order may already be processed. Contact: service@corivvia.com

Cart Operations

Add items: Select available options → Add to Cart
View cart: Open the shopping cart icon
Adjust quantity: Update the Quantity field
Remove item: Click Remove

Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.

PayPal Checkout
Select PayPal → access your account → confirm payment → return to confirmation.

Discount Codes
Enter the promo code → press Apply → the discount will be displayed in your order summary.
