Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment is completed and before production begins.
If cancellation is approved before the order is dispatched, the full purchase amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
Orders already given to the shipping carrier cannot be cancelled.

Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the order.
To be accepted, returned products must meet the following requirements:

The product must be unused and kept in the original received condition.
The return must include all original packaging.
A valid order confirmation or purchase proof must be provided.

Please contact customer support before arranging any return shipment. Return instructions must be issued first and followed correctly.
Customers will be responsible for no more than one total shipping cost, including original delivery and return shipment where applicable.
Restocking charges will not be applied.

Refunds
Once the returned product has arrived and been inspected, an email will confirm that the return has been reviewed.
You will be notified whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method, normally within several business days depending on the payment provider.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not arrived:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card issuer, as posting may take additional time.
Contact your bank, since processing times may differ.

Return Shipping
After the return is approved, instructions will be provided.
Returns due to personal preference or customer-related reasons may require the customer to pay return shipping.
For damaged, defective, or wrong items, return shipping costs will be covered.
