Order Handling
Most orders are processed, packed, and shipped within five business days after payment is confirmed.
Once the order leaves our facility, delivery normally takes between 10 and 20 business days, depending on destination and shipping carrier conditions.

Changing the Shipping Address
Shipping address updates must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order date.
After processing begins, address changes may not be accepted.

Order Fulfillment Days
Orders are processed on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
